WHAT SHOULD WE BRING?
You will only need your swimsuit and your hairbrush.
We provide you with linen, slippers, shower gel/shampoo, hairdryer and straightener.

We have a private spa with a jacuzzi, balneotherapy and a steam room. Our massage cabin has a massage table with a heating blanket as well as a head cushion for better comfort. A walk in shower is available in each cabin.
CAN WE SLEEP ON SITE?
This is a service that we want to put in place soon, but for the moment you can’t sleep there.
DO YOU HAVE A POOL?
Our private spa doesn’t have a swimming pool but a jacuzzi/balneotherapy.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SAUNA AND THE STEAM ROOM?
The steam room diffuses moist heat between 40°C and 60°c, the sauna diffuses dry heat between 60°c and 80°c.
WHAT IS BALNEOTHERAPY?
Balneotherapy is a treatment through baths diffusing hydromassage jets of water.
DO YOU ACCEPT HOLIDAY CHECKS?
We don’t accept holiday vouchers. You can pay for your service by credit card, cash or check
DO YOU HAVE ACCESS FOR REDUCED MOBILITY PEOPLE?
Our establishment has PMR regulatory doors, a removable access ramp, and a stair ramp.

DO YOU ACCEPT PREGNANT WOMEN?
Yes, we are happy to welcome pregnant women in our private spa with a few recommendations: spend between 2 to 5 minutes in the steam room, as much time as you want in the jacuzzi/balneotherapy.
We do not currently provide massages for pregnant women.
IS IT TOTALLY PRIVATE?
YES. Our spa is completely private, the operating mode will be explained to you upon your arrival, you will then be alone and independent.
IF YOU ARRIVE LATE?
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.
Your delay time will be deducted from your service, we have a cleaning time and other clients who follow you and must respect their appointment schedule as we have respected yours.
WHAT ARE YOUR COVID PROCEDURES?
From the start, we provide you with hydro alcoholic get and a thermometer.
We have a dedicated time between each clients to clean and disinfect our equipment: The hammam and the toilets are disinfected with an anti virucidal product.
The jacuzzi/balneotherapy is emptied between each client, cleaned and disinfected with an anti virucidal product. Then refill with clean clear water.
The linen, sheets and slippers are washed at 60° then tumble dried.
CAN WE CANCEL OR MODIFY OUR RESERVATION?
Your appointment can be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before it.
HOW TO ORGANIZE A PROPOSAL/ENGAGEMENT REQUEST?

S WEARING THE MASK MANDATORY?
Wearing a mask is mandatory as soon as you enter our establishment and for the massage.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CREATE A GIFT VOUCHER?
All our services are available as gift vouchers on our website, they can be used for a year.

NO, bring your swimsuits, we don’t sell them on site.
